Famous for their production of wonderful North West wines are the vineyards and wineries that are located in the Columbia Valley Appellation. This is a 530 sq mile area that includes Washington and Oregon.
Vineyard acreage total around 1,200 acres and there are more then 60 wineries located here. They are producing world class wines that have reached national and international acclaim.

Grape varieties that are grown here include chardonnay,semillon,cabernet franc, and sangiovese. These grapes are producing wines that are being given top awards and ratings.
